My third Menopause Massage with Jessica, and I cannot recommend her enough! I’ve had lots of massages over the years, and can genuinely say I’ve never felt so deeply relaxed as I do when having these treatments. I don’t even think I’m that relaxed when I’m asleep! It’s a different level! Jessica creates a bubble of calm, a space to take a breath ….. and my nervous system is very thankful!

Always a warm smiley greeting on a visit to Jessica. A natter followed by very professional reflexology or indeed any other service fancied. I never want to do much after my visit to Jessica as I feel so relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend Jessica for Your self care 🤗🙏
