Always excellent with Hope! My daughter’s hair looks amazing! And such great value for money. We’ll be back!

I booked a pamper package at Color Loft Blacktown expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately it was the complete opposite. The hairdresser who attended to me seemed to lack the professional skills and care. During the appointment, the brush repeatedly got tangled and stuck in my hair, and instead of gently working through the knots, she pulled it out with excessive force. It was extremely painful, and I could actually feel my hair snapping as she brushed through it. What was supposed to be a pampering experience ended up being uncomfortable and stressful.

Girls were very welcoming and accommodating. Love my hair!
