I absolutely love walking into Total Concept Boutique Salon! The service is always amazing, and I leave every single time feeling and looking fantastic. The staff are truly out of this world ,especially Heidi and her incredible right-hand lady! They always make me feel so welcome and I consistently get the best results. And the head wash with the massage? Absolutely heavenly! Easily one of my favourite parts of every visit. Amazing service, beautiful results and the loveliest team. 10/10 every time!
