Mia, was AMAZING. Plus a lovely lady. She’d read my Medical History. Suggested what would be most suitable for me. I had a wonderful facial massage. I’m a very tense person, Mia, could tell straight away. I did try to relax. But, find it very difficult. Mia gave me a few life style tips, (not dietary) breathing etc., I’ve book another appointment for next week. Can’t wait. Thank You Mia xx
