This was an appointment for my 90 yr old mother and Charlotte was fantastic. She was so patient, kind and professional. Both Mum and I really enjoyed being in the salon and Mum left with a beautiful new hair style. If I lived in Stafford, I wouldn't hesitate to have my hair cut with Charlotte. Highly, highly recommended.
