Emergency Situations and Illness:
Proof of illness exempts you from fees, but a $50 cancellation fee may apply.

Additionally, on public holidays, a 15% service charge is added. There's a 5% service charge on Saturdays, 10% on Sundays, and exciting prizes through our holiday random game.
