Each Reiki session begins with a phone consultation to understand the client’s individual needs and intentions, ensuring that the experience is tailored to support their personal journey. During the session, Cass may use oracle cards at the beginning or end to offer additional insight, as well as crystals to help amplify the flow of the energy healing. Clients remain fully clothed and lie down comfortably while Cass gently places her hands either on or just above specific areas of the body to support the natural energy flow. Clients can choose whether they prefer a hands-on or hands-off approach, ensuring the session feels comfortable and aligned with their preferences.

This process promotes deep relaxation and healing. Many clients experience such calmness that they fall into a meditative state or even drift to sleep.

Reiki Healing 60min 

Session begins with intuitive Reiki Healing flow to restore energy flow and enhance state of deep
calmness. There might be elements of aromatherapy and sound to create a calming environment for you to
fully relax. And then a wonderfully grounding foot reflexology session to ease any tension in the body.
This session is recommended to those feeling emotionally and mentally overwhelmed and experiencing
burnout.

Foot Reflexology & Reiki 90 min

This treatment will make you feel wonderfully relaxed and rejuvenated. Session is designed to give you
time and space to fully restore you body and soul.
It begins with head, neck, shoulders massage and face massage, followed by Reiki Healing flow and
ending with grounding foot reflexology.
Revive & Reset Ritual makes a dreamy escape form busy life and time to reconnect with yourself on the
deeper level with therapeutic touch and energy flow.

Face, Foot Reflexology & Reiki Healing Flow

This three session Reiki journey offers a held space for continuity and integration. Each session builds on the previous one, supporting nervous system regulation, energetic alignment and a deeper sense of balance.

Reiki Series (3 sessions) 

A three session Reiki & sound healing series designed to support deeper integration. Working across multiple sessions allows the nervous system to settle, energy to recalibrate and emotional layers to be gently released over time.

Reiki + Sound Healing 90 mins 

Reiki + Sound Healing (3 sessions) 

Each Reiki and Sound Healing session begins with a short consultation to understand the client's needs and set a clear intention for their healing journey.
Cass may use oracle cards at the beginning or at the end to offer additional insight. Clients remain fully clothed and lie down comfortably, ready to receive.
The session begins with hands-on Reiki but client can choose whether they prefer a hands off approach.

As the Reiki session progresses, Cass transitions into the sound healing segment, incorporating a variety of instruments such as chime, crystal bowls, wind gong, rain stick, koshi and many more.  While the instruments are played, the Reiki energy continues to flow simultaneously from a distance- an approach just as effective as hands-on treatment, it creates a deeply immersive and layered healing experience.
Each instrument is intuitively chosen based on the client’s personal needs, supporting energetic balance and enhancing the overall therapeutic journey.
