My experience was very nice. Ophelia was super helpful and knowledgeable about natural hair, she provided lots of helpful tips and insight. Britney was an excellent braider! She wasn't heavy handed at all, I barely felt anything while she was braiding my hair. Perfect for little one that might be tender headed while braiding.
