Unlike a typical piercing appointment, Ben’s approach is as reassuring as it is precise, with clients appreciating his calm manner and clear explanations. From ear lobe and nose piercings to careful placement and aftercare guidance, he takes time to answer questions and help clients feel comfortable throughout, leaving them confident in their choice.

Ben has been amazing from my very first piercing, and he continues to be just as great. I had an issue with my appointment, but he went out of his way to sort everything out for me even after my visit today. I genuinely appreciate the effort, kindness and understanding. It really means a lot. Thank you, Ben! ❤️

I went in the shop to get a bigger flat bar, my flat bar was getting too small. Ben was great, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, they explained everything I need to know really well.

Very professional and informative! Thank you for taking your time to discuss alternative options after my piercing from another studio rejected. I’ll be back to get it re-pierced soon!
