25 minutes wait time when I arrive punctually with my 5 year old son for the 4pm appointment is not acceptable. I respect the service provider by being on time, I also would have appreciated if I was informed in advance to leave home later as there will be a delay. My manicure pedicure was great as always, my son's haircut didn't go very well. I will keep coming for my services but for my son's haircut I won't use the lounge again.
