The massage was excellent, and in the room on the ground floor as requested, since I have limited mobility.. But the loo is up one and a half flights of a steep and curvy staircase and quite a challenge for me. I realise this is an old house but that is why I have rated the experience good but not great.

Thank you for highlighting both what went well and the challenge you faced. We're glad the massage and your ground floor room met your needs, but we're sorry the staircase to the loo made things difficult. Your feedback about accessibility is really helpful as we consider how to support all our guests.

Had to book in whilst on holiday in Bath as my back/shoulders were painful due to fibromyalgia. What a fantastic place, the receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The massage was brilliant and Sarah explained many factors to help me going forward. My pain was gone and the rest of the week I was so much better. Only wish they had their business in Sussex, Id be a regular.
