My rating is related to the salon not the hairdresser- running late, not communicating and booked for wash and blowave, to save time agreed to skip the was as I only had 15mins left of a half hour appointment before I started but was them charged for the full service which I don’t think was really fair. I was a tourist and visiting, so I won’t be back again, but I did mention to people at the function I attended who are locals - word of mouth can be a powerful thing. The hairdresser was loved so it’s not her fault.

Miyuki is always very particular checking & rechecking to make sure customer is happy before proceeding. I always get compliments after having my cut & color. I just hope she doesnt retire soon,.
