The atmosphere was friendly and calm, and I felt reassured throughout. They gave me confidence that things can improve and that I can recover. The advice provided was knowledgeable and professional, and they explained every step of the assessment and treatment, including the ultrasound, TENS machine and massage used. They also took the time to explain the evidence base behind what they were doing, which helped me understand my condition and the treatment being offered. I felt listened to, supported and reassured, and I really appreciated the care and expertise shown throughout the appointment.
