Phoebe was very pleasant and chatty. I was told Phoebe was newly qualified and believe she had dealt with an awkward customer earlier so her confidence was hit back a bit but admired the fact that she turned to Charlie for reassurance and help. Keep at it Phoebe, you did a great job 👏 😃 x
