A visit to Hearts & Minds Toukley can be an easygoing chat as well as a fresh cut, with barbers who listen to what clients ask for and take their time. Choose from a men’s classic haircut, a zero/skin fade or a beard tidy; one barber also offered a hot towel and brow and ear grooming.
