I had a sports massage after an intense trail run. I find Widaad to be a skillful masseuse who uses various techniques to achieve the desired results. She did dry cupping to help with my circulation, lymph drainage and to release my fascia. I also find her very knowledgeable when it comes to supplementation. Highly recommend her !
