I've been to Nat multiple times for different massages and this time gave the sports massage a try as I was suffering from a tight lower back and shoulders. The massage Nat provided really loosened up the muscles, which I didn't think were that tight. Glad I went and really happy with the outcome.

Nice, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nat is very good at her job. She was thorough and got rid of the knots and tightness. Would highly recommend if you want a to come out of your treatment feeling loose and 100% again!
