This was a gift from my husband and I hadn’t even heard of a “shampoo bar” but the whole experience was totally worth it and unexpectedly lovely. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by everyone at the desk with a very friendly “hello” and made to feel welcomed immediately. Veronica was super polite and extremely professional. Veronica did an amazing job.
