Return visit after the summer. I have a few niggles, nothing serious and doing some intense fitness work at the moment so went for a bit of a reset. Tatiana has a style where she progresses you through any problem areas so it was also a pretty reinvigorating session just as I wanted / needed. It was also relaxing at the same time and those elements blend into a wonderful and effective session.

Two months gap since visiting and in between was independently on a strengthening programme advised by the physio to overcome an injury. So I have been quite intense at the gym over that period. Tatiana's session server as much needed and wonderful reset. Body felt way lighter after and relaxed after the session, ready to resume training
