Shannen creates a warm and inviting experience for her clients, making them feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the appointment. Her attention to detail shines through in her work, whether it's with biab refills or gel extensions with art, as clients rave about the vibrant colours and intricate nail designs. Many appreciate her friendly approach and the way she explains each step, ensuring they leave with nails they absolutely love.

Shannen is very welcoming, and the studio was warm and cozy. We got to chat she got an understanding of how I wanted my nails. As she was doing my nails she was also explaining what she was doing and why. I am always happy with my nails and she is always happy to accomplish the design I want. I would definitely recommend getting your nails done by Shannen.
