Really good guys for doing the hair, but the front desk receptionist is a disaster! Any excuse to charge me more, even though I’m their regular customer!!! Never welcoming never offering a drink , I’ve even been attacked by her before saying that I didn’t pay previous visit. I literally had to show her proof of the receipt. This kind of behavior should be illegal in Dubai. It’s sooooo HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH SUCH PEOPLE. I hope this message can go to a manager to the dial a nail in downtown. At 8 boulevard walk tower.!!

I had a wonderful experience at this salon! The team was professional, welcoming, and paid great attention to every detail. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the atmosphere was relaxing and spotless. I left feeling confident and absolutely loved my hair. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be coming back!
