Absolutely loved my appointment with Sam tonight. She did both my toes and fingernails and honestly, she’s just amazing at what she does! I felt so relaxed the whole way through, and she took so much care and attention with every detail. She even checked in to make sure I was completely happy, which I really appreciated. I’ve already booked my infill in a few weeks because my holiday nails are perfect — I absolutely LOVE them!! Thank you so much, Sam 💖✨

Hi Margaret, I think there's some confusion. I asked if you could reschedule your appointment for an earlier time or a different date. I offered today anytime, Friday morning, Saturday or Sunday. Your appointment was Friday at 1pm and I advised I wasnt available after 11.30 due to something which had changed with one of my children. You said you were going on holiday on Saturday & would call in when you were back. That's slightly different from just cancelling your appointment. Apologies for any confusion or inconvenience. Please feel free to book in for a patch test 24-48hrs for any future appointments (no further in advance) Illusion xx
