Laiz was a huge help in advising on what was needed for my haircut, but also for hair health and maintenance in general. I really appreciated the education she provided, showing me how to use a new type of brush and to build volume that holds in a new way. I went home happy with my bouncy curls.

Everyone was so friendly and professional and so patient with all my questions. Lais did a great job of walking me through what to do for my hair and recommended products that I'm excited to try, the woman who washed my hair made me feel so relaxed, and I loved how Lorena mapped out and cleaned my eyebrows well. Overall, a great experience.

moro em nyc há quase 2 anos e nunca entreguei minha sobrancelha a ninguém. tive indicação da lorena e experienciei algo muito melhor do que esperava. a mulher é linda, gente boa e talentosa demais! amei cada detalhe do atendimento e o resultado também 💖
