Liz gives the best massages. She knows how to tailor her work to your specific needs. Liz has been helping me with pain from a recent knee replacement. My leg muscles have been extremely tight and feel much better after a massage with Liz.

I had an amazing experience today. This was my 2 nd appointment with Liz. I was lucky enough to be referred to her and I could not be happier. She is absolutely incredible at what she does. I am unable to use pain medication and she is helping me through a bout of sciatica in my back. I love cupping as it for me, is easier than acupuncture. She is also helping me with pain and tightness in my neck, arm and shoulder. I haven’t slept so well in months. Thank you so much, Liz! I highly recommend Crown and Coat. You will love every minute.
