Jo Ruddick

Every reiki session feels slightly different, probably according to what my body needs, this time felt gently restorative but having said that I felt like I’d had a little snooze when I came out. This morning, despite being awoken early by the cats again I feel well rested and energised And after a gentle reminder from Jo I have finally got around to finding a suitable time and booking the lessons we’ve been a bit stop start with. Thanks Jo. X
