I am currently completing my (LMT) certification. As a lifelong athlete, I’ve always understood the importance of self-care and recovery. I am particularly interested in focusing on deep tissue and sports massage, with the goal of helping active. stay mobile, recover effectively, and continue doing what they love. I am also a psychotherapist, in private practice for the last 16 years.

Jason was pleasant and smooth hands with just the right pressure and checking in with me. I felt much relief overall afterward. The venue is a great setting as well. Only suggestion I would add is on transitioning (sheet placement, side to side, head cradle, bumper/pillow, etc), I think if he just went intuitively he would nail it, thanks so much!
