I absolutely love going to Jade! She did an amazing job on my roots and gave me a lovely cut. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything was perfect. I had a lovely experience with Jade today, she was friendly , welcoming & really took the time to listen to what I wanted, especially appreciated how she listened to my preferences when adjusting the toner, she made sure the final result was exactly what I was looking for, she also checked in with me throughout the appointment and made sure I was happy with any changes before going ahead whilst the studio was busy. She cared about getting the result right & making me feel comfortable! very pleased with how my hair turned out! Thank you, Love it!
