I asked for thinner nails but some look chunky and thick while others do look nice and natural. My left thumb has a grayish French and not white, which I pointed out. Overall Finn is a sweet person and tries to be accommodating by offering refreshments. I think the prices are too high for the type of service provided on the nails.
