In this session I use acupressure, comfortable holding pressure with palms/elbows/knees, stretching and manipulation techniques to adjust the body’s physical structure and balance its energy flow.  
It is deeply relaxing and regular treatments can help alleviate the symptoms of stress and illness.  

Treatments are performed on a firm floor level futon, loose fitting clothing should be worn.

Ideal for those wanting:
	•	Nervous system calming
	•	Emotional and energetic balance
	•	Release from chronic tension or fatigue
	•	A meditative healing ritual

It is normal to feel lighter, calmer, more at ease after treatment.  

Allow an hour for this appointment : 15 mins consultation time + 45 mins treatment time.

Zen Shiatsu - The Grounding Reset

Combine both my Therapeutic Flow Stretch and Zen Shiatsu Grounding Reset for a fully integrated experience.

A fusion of stretch and touch — to realign the body and reset the mind.

You will be guided to gently connect with acupressure points or asked to focus your awareness on different areas as part of your session.  You can simply relax, breathe and allow the body to balance. 

Enjoy this customised package that supports both physical alignment and energetic recalibration — designed to leave you balanced from the inside out.

It is normal to feel lighter, calmer, more at ease after treatment.  

Allow 1.5hrs for this appointment : 15 mins consultation time + 1hr 15 mins treatment time.

Zen Shiatsu for the back increases mobility, motion & alignment of the spine, shoulders & hips allowing our life force energy to move freely.
This specially formulated 30 minute treatment helps improve energy levels, stress response and overall health.  
Treatments are performed on a firm floor level futon, loose fitting clothing should be worn.

Allow 45 minutes for this appointment : 10 mins consultation time + 30 mins treatment time.
