Inclusivity is at the heart of my practice. I firmly believe that every individual deserves to experience the profound benefits of massage therapy. I have extensive training in therapeutic massage, prenatal and pediatric massage, Thai body work, and Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT). I also regularly incorporate slow stretching. I am deeply passionate about helping clients manage shoulder and neck pain. I utilize slow, intentional movements and techniques to help achieve this.
