Hi, I’m Bex from the B-massaged, I’ve been working as a massage therapist for over 13 years. I have a clinical nurse background and currently work part time in private healthcare. I grew despondent, realising that the NHS can only go so far to treat the body and massage felt like such a powerful treatment to aid the body’s response to recovery and ultimately healing.
