my therapist and her massage technique was wonderful! My only concern was a client that was in the treatment bed next to me that was coughing and sneezing a lot. I felt uncomfortable because she was right next to me for an entire hour. I think it would be much safer for everyone if the spa did screening on clients to make sure they have no cold symptoms before going into the treatment room for a service. Since most of the treatments are done in one room, with a partition separating clients and little air circulation, there is greater risks for the therapists and other clients to get sick. TY
