Instant relief, Sarah is so lovely and very helpful! She was talking me through everything she was doing and explaining how that impacted my pain and what could have caused it too so was just all round amazing! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Sarah’s physical assessment was extremely speedy in locating and diagnosing both where and why certain physical issues were on going. Subsequently, I felt immediate relief from my symptoms after my initial appointment and treatment.

Only my second visit, but Sarah already makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. She really takes the time to understand my body and works with me, especially as I have so much going on physically.
