Zilda Holistic Therapies offers a range of holistic treatments to support you on all levels- physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Our treatments will help release both physical and emotional stress, promote wellbeing and relaxation. I also work with school children through tailored sessions to support their wellbeing. As a Reiki Master Teacher I offer healing sessions and Usui Reiki courses and for facials I use natural and organic Tropic Skincare products and you can order them from me.
