These sessions help you to see the energy behind what is really going on in your life, work and relationships. A reading can help you answer questions that have been frustrating you, and to clarify a path forwards from your current situation.

You are welcome to record your session and take photos of your card spreads. Alternatively, I will do so for you and email them to you after your session. 

Intuitive Card Reading

Sessions start with a short card reading to check in with where you are physically, mentally & emotionally. As we unwind what is currently going on for you, I will pass on any intuitive insights and messages that will help to move you forward. We talk for approximately half an hour, with the remainder of the 90-minutes spent deeply relaxing on the heated Amethyst Biomat. This gives you a chance to integrate what we have just spoken about, and to release any stress that you are holding in your body.

When you're done, we'll have a short debrief about your experience and you'll leave feeling physically refreshed and rejuvenated; with more focus, clarity and purpose.

For those feeling the need for some extra TLC, please book the 2-hour slot, as this allows for more time to talk and still get a full hour on the mat. 

Please note that the Biomat is contraindicated for external pacemakers and organ transplant recipients.

Infrared Heat Therapy on the Amethyst Biomat - 90 mins

We start the session with a short card reading, and with checking in on how you feel and what is going on in your life.

You'll then hop up on to the heated Amethyst crystal Biomat to receive your energy healing. Sometimes we go deep, to move energy that is contributing to stuck patterns in your life; and sometimes you are able to simply drop in and receive.  Each session unfolds intuitively based on what your body and soul are needing on the day, and what I am guided to work with.

You'll enjoy a 20-minute integration period at the end. This is a time for you to process the work we have just done, whilst enjoying the warmth of the biomat and some music. This helps you to integrate your experience before you head back out in to the world.

These sessions can be very powerful, and help you to facilitate change in your life, in areas where you have previously felt stuck. You will usually leave a session feeling lighter and more regulated.

Infrared Heat Therapy

A remote energy healing session is done over the phone for those who cannot make it in to The Healing Space in Cygnet. I work with your energy body remotely, as we talk through the issues that are going on in your life. These sessions work along the lines of a spiritual consultation; I will often pull cards as we speak, and give you a higher perspective on what is going on for you. 

You also receive energy during the session, and many people report feeling lighter and more regulated in the same way as they do after an in-person session.

For remote sessions, please ensure that you have access to a quiet, peaceful spot so that you can focus  on yourself for the duration of the session.

REMOTE Energy Healing 

This is a journey of inner discovery - a course of five 1-on-1 sessions that offers you the chance to start to untangle the threads within you to find an aligned way forward in your life.

I will be combining card readings, energy work and Biomat treatments in each session in an intuitive way. 

For the energy work, you will be either seated, standing or on the massage table. We will work with the breath and the body, as I guide you into the innate wisdom of your wild and untouched spaces. I will use touch (with permission) sage & feathers to discover and move energy. I may do this with the assistance of the Biomat, or prior to the Biomat.

This course is a 5-session course that can be taken over 5 to 12 weeks.

This booking will be the first of your five sessions.

Energy Work

Sessions are conducted remotely by phone, with me calling you at your booked time. I will record the session for you to listen back to later, and will take photos of the cards that were drawn in your spread. These will be emailed to you after your session.

Please note that all animal communication sessions are done remotely.

Once you have booked a time for your reading, I will email you with a request for two photographs and up to 10 questions that you’d like to ask your pet.

I will speak with your pet(s) during the time slot you chose and will arrange a suitable time to call you on the phone (or via whatsapp/signal) afterwards, to go through the answers with you.

I will record the reading & send you the audio file for you to keep and listen back to.
