I have given OVER 2,500 therapeutic massages & hundreds of facials. In my early life, I experienced neck & back pain along with very reactive skin. I turned my experience into a career. I have seen my work change many lives in the past two years. People leave the treatment room absolutely glowing. This is truly what I live for.

Based on Ancient Chinese & Ayurvedic Techniques - I work with Himalayan Hot Stones, Essential Oils & in Threefold, clockwise motion to stimulate the Qi through the 12 meridians. In chinese culture 3 as an indicator of creativity, expansion, and growth. Incorporating trigger point therapy on the sen (energy) lines of the body. Finishing the massage with a quick energy sweep to simply toss off any stagnated or yucky energy that may have released during the bodywork session.

Fully clothed with loose clothing on a matt, Thai yoga massage focuses on improving and balancing the flow of energy throughout the body and combines dynamic-assisted stretching influenced by yoga with physical pressure applied along energy lines influenced by Chinese acupuncture and Ayurveda.
