Ben was really attentive and answered all the questions I had. I went in to get my lobes re-pierced/tapered open, as they had closed up from years of not wearing jewellery. I was v comfortable the whole time, and it went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend him to friends and would love to get pierced by him again !
