Had a 2-hour deep tissue full body massage with Rachael and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve had around Birmingham. Rachael took the time to understand my expectations and previous experiences before starting, and her technique was excellent. She was very thorough and seemed to intuitively know which muscles needed more attention. I also really appreciated that “full body” actually meant full body — unlike other therapists where it feels more like three-quarters! Rachael was a noticeably better experience and I’ll definitely be booking again. Which I already have.
