The Peak Wellness Studio offers a range treatment options from Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Sports and Holistic massage, Manual Movement Therapy and Visceral Manipulation, to Pilates and Personal Training. With over 20yrs of experience Jonathan brings his combined knowledge and practice to every trreatment/session. With a relaxing, professional studio and treatment room, designed to prepare the nervous system using colour, sound and scent so that you get the most from your session.
