Waiting 4/6 weeks between laser hair removal sessions gives time to body hairs that were not in the anagen phase to enter it. Again, since 20% of hair is in the right stage at any point of time, some will leave it while other will enter it as you go for your next session.
Laser hair removal works by targeting the pigment in the follicle to weaken it and eventually stop it from growing. To get too attached to a certain healed result colour can be  different from one of other, however I try  my best to make it work and make the best decision.
People with the below skin conditions are not advised to get microblading as they might experience poor pigment retention.

People with chronic skin conditions like chronic acne and rosacea. 
People with oily skin. As most of us know, clients with oily skins are not suitable candidates for Microblading as the oil will just push the pigment out of their skins resulting in poor to no retention.
People with sensitive skin. This skin type tends to bleed a lot making it hard for the artist to continue the procedure. There is also a higher chance of blurry and poorly healed results
