I have gone through 6-7 years of chronic tension pain from my jaw. I have tried Botox treatment, expensive dental splint therapy, physiotherapy and most recently massage therapy with internal release. I had my first jaw release session with Tanaya last week and am completely amazed. I was able to go 3 days without taking pain killers (which are normally needed 2-3 times a day). She worked on every tension spot possible, areas I didn’t even know were an issue. I have felt ontop of the world since and I can’t wait to continue these sessions! So highly recommended!!

I booked in for the full body lymphatic drainage massage and I left feeling amazing. Charlie did such an amazing job and I noticed a difference and lack of inflammation straight away. She also made me feel comfortable and relaxed aswell. Highly highly recommend !!!
