Sophisticuts Salon is a one chair salon with one stylist - Me! I am Susan Marcus. I always knew I was interested in being a hairdresser. At a young age, when I was too short to reach, I used a stool to work on my grandmother's hair. Through high school, I worked hard to earn enough education hours to get my cosmetology license as soon as I turn 18. ​Over the years, I have had enormous opportunities to work with some well seasoned and wonderful hairdressers, each with their own ideas and special ways of doing things. I am grateful for the knowledge I have gained through these relationships and the classes I have attended. The lessons I learned and the practices I picked up along the way have gotten me where I am today. ​I love helping others. This is what makes my heart happy. As a stylist, I work hard to find the perfect style for my guests. I use an in-depth consultation to listen to your desires for your hair, as well as provide honest feedback. Together, we will come up with the best plan for your hair. ​In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, camping and volunteer firefighting. My mission as a stylist is to help you find the perfect hairstyle to fit your lifestyle.
