The full relaxation package of a 30 minute BNS massage followed by a 25 minute min Reiki treatment.
The Reiki energy healing will focus on your main chakra points and you will be sure to feel fully relaxed and uplifted. 

This is a lovely relaxing package where you can zone out and enjoy a deep massage, then continue to enjoy the full relaxation experience by laying in Reiki energy for a further 25 minutes.

Swedish Body Massage BNS

A full body is the ideal solution to muscle tension and to help loosen and relax the muscles in the body. The Swedish Body Massage is a more stimulating massage which focuses on tight muscles and the removal of toxins in the body.

Swedish Full Body Massage

A massage which offers a more deeper pressure to tense muscles to induce relaxation with soothing kneading and deep tissue strokes. It is proven to help restore mobility, chronic pain and strains such as sports injuries.

Deep Tissue Massage

A hot stone massage uses a mixture of hot stones and Swedish massage techniques with various pressures. It helps with relaxation, eases tense muscles and damaged soft tissue throughout the body. 

Stones are heated between 45 -55 degrees, it will not be too hot or burn you so do not worry as a professional therapist will make sure it is the right temperature to suit you. 

Hot stones will benefit you if you have extremely tight muscles and need that extra little help to release the tension with heat. 

Hot Stones Massage

Indian head massage is a time-tested and invigorating treatment for stress and tension. It is a traditional Ayurvedic relaxing massage which focuses on the upper back, neck, arms, head, scalp and face.

Indian head massage is a therapeutic practice that has been used in India for over 3000 years.


Indian Head Massage

A tailored and unique 60 minute pregnancy massage in the comfort of your own home. This massage will help with tension or pain, and work to facilitate deep relaxation, helping you to enjoy your pregnancy and alleviate any unwanted symptoms.

As with other body massages, you’ll lie on a massage couch using cushions, pillows of specially shaped bolsters, to make lying more comfortable. Usually you’ll lie on your side, particularly later in pregnancy, when this is more comfortable. Positioning will be discussed beforehand so you will enjoy the full benefits and be comfortable throughout the massage. 

Please note that pregnancy massage can only be given after you have past your 1st trimester. I am unable to give a massage during your 1st trimester.

*If you are having your massage at home, please could you provide your own pillows or cushions which you would usually use.
