Reiki and Vibrational Healing is excellent for those seeking balance, peace, and grounding.

Energy healing works in harmony with western medical treatment and as a proactive healthcare measure. Reiki is a sacred Japanese technique for stress reduction that ignites self healing. Reiki and Vibrational Healing will balance and remove blockages from the chakras, which are energy centers within the body. Chakras are responsible for different mental, emotional and spiritual functions.

I include the use of crystals, oils, Palo Santo, singing bowls, rattles, and tuning forks to assist with brain entrainment and cellular regeneration. If you have allergies or sensitivity to scents, I will refrain from using oils and herbs. 

Reiki and Vibrational Healing

Integrated Energy Therapy with Vibrational Healing is excellent for those seeking to release emotional trauma or suppressed emotions. IET (Integrated Energy Therapy)  is a gentle heart centered therapeutic touch therapy to certain power points on the body. IET helps to remove emotional trauma, physical trauma, limiting beliefs, and past life trauma deep within the body tissue out of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy field that you are ready to release layer by layer. It is getting the issues out of your tissues as well as releasing negative emotions held in the organs, as we can hold anger in our liver, stress in our adrenals, and fear in our kidneys for example.  

What you can expect- You will be fully clothed and relaxed on the massage table while soothing music and the galaxy star projector is playing in the background. Essential oils, crystals, and vibrational tuning forks may be used during the session as well. 

IET (Integrated Energy Therapy) with Vibrational Healing


This is a 90 minute session of Integrated Energy Therapy as well as Reiki and Vibrational Healing combined. We will focus on releasing suppressed emotions/releasing emotional trauma, balancing the chakras, grounding, and integrating sound healing. This service can assist with physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. Please see Reiki and Vibrational Healing as well as Integrated Energy Therapy descriptions for more information. 


Reiki, Vibrational Healing, and IET combination.

You must have had an energy healing session with me before to qualify for this service.

An energetic cord cutting is sacred wellness ceremony where I will guide you through severing unhealthy energetic cords. It helps with establishing or re-establishing healthy boundaries based on your free will. This practice works best for those who are ready and willing to let go of holding onto unhealthy energetic attachments via changing how you respond. During the session, I will ask you where you feel or see the cords you're ready to cut as well as  scan your energy field to determine where unhealthy energetic attachments are held. I will then guide you through healing declarations while I cut energetic cords that are heavy in your energy field. We will then bring in healing vibrations in its place. I will assist you with ways you can continue to clear your energy with healthy practices. This practice can be focused on cord cutting in regards to people, places, things, or emotions.

Energetic Cord Cutting (Previous energy healing session with RFEH required)

During a Shamanic Illumination, we will be working together to release negative energy regarding a particular experience or belief. The Shamanic Illumination will include opening sacred space, clearing the luminous energy field, guided meditation, engaging in breathwork, energy healing, and utilizing rattles, drums, palo santo, candles, and healing stones for ceremony as well as grounding. By the end of the session, you will feel lighter. You will have a sacred stone to go home with for continued healing. Engaging in acts of ceremony  through your will and determination will have monumental benefits, as the act of ceremony will reprogram the subconscious mind which will dissolve negative patterns based upon your free will.


Shamanic Illumination

Please see the Integrated Energy Therapy section in addition to this description, as advanced IET with Soul Star clearing is an extension of the 60 minute IET session that I offer. Advanced IET sessions are most beneficial for those who have been actively doing their inner healing work. I will do a Soul Star clearing during the session, which helps to remove energetic manifestation blocks hindering you from living out your hearts desires and your Souls mission. The Soul Star Chakra is located about six inches above the crown. Our Soul is what travels with us throughout eternity.  In addition to the Soul Star clearing, we will be engaging in muscle tension and relaxation techniques to further assist with releasing energetic blocks. Vibrational therapy will be incorporated into this session which may include tuning forks, drumming, singing bowls and rattles. 

Advanced IET with Soul Star Clearing and Vibrational Healing

Parents of children will be present while their child receives Reiki Energy Healing. I will walk your child through a brief children's mindfulness meditation as well as utilize crystals, singing bowls, and tuning forks during the session. Children 12 and under are recommended for children's Reiki. 

Children's Reiki and Vibrational Healing

Parents will be present during their child's session. This session is recommended for children 12 and under. IET helps to release emotional trauma as well as suppressed emotions from the cellular memories and organs, which can assist with physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing. 

Childrens IET (Integrated Energy Therapy)

 I will call you at the time of your scheduled appointment to help you prepare for your distant energy healing session and discuss your intentions for healing. Distant energy healing allows you to receive the healing benefits from the comfort of your own home. Once I have completed sending you distant Reiki, I will call you to review with you what I intuitively picked up on regarding your energy. 

 Energy travels at the speed of light,  and it is instant in our perception.  With our positive intentions combined for your healing, you will notice the benefits of the distant session.
