This 30 minute call is scheduled for additional questions, accountability and ongoing support on your 8 week wellbeing program. 

1:1 Wellbeing Coaching call - progress 

On this call we work together to create a holistic plan for your wellbeing. Deep listening, to your wellbeing goals a sustainable strategy is created.

I gather information and you can share any concerns and key areas you wish to work on. I treat holistically, delving into 10 key wellbeing areas.

This is your opportunity to clarify goals. We collaboratively design a well-being program that will be with you for life.

I draw upon my 10 years of experience and pull from 10 Key focus areas of wellbeing. You decide which key focus areas we work on.

After the program is designed we work together for 8 weeks with a weekly 1:1 call for accountability, further deep dive and finally after 8 weeks an integration call. The total cost of the wellbeing plan and coaching is $888
