The Salt room was absolutely incredible! My whole body relaxed in a way I can’t adequately describe. I feel like I have sat on a beach for hours. My skin is soft as silk too! I will be making this part of my self care throughout this winter.

Tried out the new salt room today - really helped with my stuffiness. The heated lavender neck pillow was an added bonus for relaxation. Also did the infrared pod with the lemongrass diffuser. *chef’s kiss* On top of everything else the staff is super friendly and helpful. Glad I bought a membership!
