The location has free parking and is found in Marine House on the first floor. Unfortunatly there is no lift acess, if you are unable to visit due to not being able to acess the room Naomi offers a mobile service to the local area.

Massage reduces the reaction of stress on the body. It relaxes and gives the parasympathetic system a chance to kick in. Introducing regular massage to children and teenagers will help them sleep better, enable them to concentrate on their school work and study more effectively. They develop a sense of wellbeing and calmness because their body is relaxed and so too their mind is relaxed.

SPORTS MASSAGE

Lymphatic drainage is an incredibly gentle, therapeutic massage treatment. It's a methodical process designed to specifically target the lymphatic system, helping to eliminate waste, toxins and fluid retention from the body. MLD is slow and considered, utilising light pressure to manoeuvre lymph along to clusters of lymph nodes and ducts where the bodies' able to process it. You therapist may use sweeping, brushing, energetic engagement and passive joint mobilisations as part of your treatment.

 
MLD can be particularly useful for:

post-surgery (cosmetic or medical) to help improve the speed of recovery.

BODY SCULPING  + WOOD THERPAY MASSAGE

A combination of specialised massage techniques to easy tension, offer relief and help prepare your body for labor. The treatment is modified depending on the stage of your pregnancy. 

Includes:

Gentle tailored Pregnancy exercises (depending on the stage of your pregnancy) in session and to use at home. 
Visualisations and breathing exercises.
At least 45-60 minutes hands on massage.

Pre-natal Massage

From 37 weeks pressure points can start to be stimulated that may  help to increases and support a natural labour. 

This is not recommed if your baby is breach or have an elected C-section planned.

Labour Massage 

This massage is for mothers in the fouth trimester, this is the 12- weeks period immediately after you have had your baby. A time of great physical and emotional change for you and your baby. Postpartum massage relaxes muscles, increases oxytocin and prolactin and lowers stress hormones. you can book a postnatal massage 24hrs after giving birth.

If you have had a C-section you will need to wait to your 6 week check or have had concent from your GP or midwife before booking a massage.

Signature Massage 

Hot and cold stone therapy is an advanced therapeutic massage technique, using the applications of thermotherapy with cryotherapy. This involves the use of heated volcanic basalt stones and cold marble stones.
Hot and cold stones have many advantages over traditional hot stone and regular forms of massage therapies. Hot stone treatment provides deep relaxation, positivity, balance and healing for our clients. 

All treatments are customised to the individual and can incorporate deep tissue and relaxation techniques. 

This treatment is not suitable at ang stage of pregancy or who have diabetes, high blood pressure, or if you are on medication which thins the blood.

Hot & Cold Stone Massage

Our luxurious warm candle massage is an unique treatment utilising hand made Eve Taylor candles made with superior skin nourishing ingredients.
