Rolfing® Structural Integration is a holistic physical therapy that considers the whole body: anatomical structure, movement, nervous system, mental-emotional-physical experience. This therapy is about deepening your body awareness to reduce pain and improve movement patterns long-term; remapping your understanding of how you relate and react to life's nuances. My goal is to treat the root of the issue - not just the symptoms, getting you back to the life and activities that you love the most!
