Start with a lovely warm organic lavender & rose luxe bath foot soak then proceed with a 80 minute full body massage including a heavily Indian head and face massage using nourishing ayurvedically prepared warm herbal-oil application which balances the mind and body. Abhyanga stimulates blood circulation, stimulates both arterial and lymphatic circulation, revitalises the immune system and assists with neurological disorders/inflammatory conditions.  At the conclusion of the massage, you will receive hot towels draped over each part of your body to help open up the pores on your skin and lets out external toxins in the body in the form of sweat. 
Then a Body Balance to help you release stress, remove negative energy and recharge positive energy. 
On conclusion set back with a warm herbal tea. 

 Total Body & Mind Indulgence

Abhyanga is a traditional rejuvenating Ayurvedic Massage which is deeply relaxing.  This therapeutic treatment includes full body, scalp & stomach massage using nourishing ayurvedically prepared, warm herbal-oil application which balances the mind and body.  Abhyanga stimulates blood circulation, stimulates both arterial and lymphatic circulation, revitalises the immune system, assists with neurological disorders/inflammatory conditions.  It will enhance the ability of nutrients to reach starved cells and also removes stagnant waste and aids in removing impurities and promotes overall healing and reconnects the body, all whilst feeling amazing and nourishing the entire skin with beautiful oils.  The desired result is a heightened state of awareness that will direct the internal healing system of the body and relaxes the mind, body and soul. Massage includes "Swedana" hot towels, which opens up the pores on your skin and lets out external toxins in the body in the form of sweat. 

Therapeutic Relaxation Oil Massage (Abhyanga)

Start with a lovely warm Organic Lavender & Rose Luxe Bath Foot Soak, then proceeded with a Shirodhara treatment of warm, herbalised Ayurvedic oil poured onto your forehead. Initially, the oil is streamed in dosha-specific patterns from the right to left temple. After several minutes, the stream is set to the middle of the forehead where it flows continuously for the duration of the treatment. The oil pour lasts approximately 30 minutes and is preceded by a heavily Indian head massage and Reiki body balance. On conclusion set back with a warm herbal tea. 

Shirodhara  Body & Mind Bliss Package

Start with a lovely warm organic charcoal and lavender luxe bath foot soak then proceed with a Ayurvedic foot massage which targets vital energy points in the body. Stimulating these points is believed to restore balance and promote the free flow of energy throughout the body.  Followed by the Kati Basti that involves a dam made from dough is created around the affected area, specifically around the lumbar spine and medicated oil is poured and retained within it. The warmth and herbal properties of the oil penetrate deep into the tissues, promoting relaxation, reducing inflammation, and supporting overall spinal health.  This is followed by a gentle back massage and hot towels draped over your back and feet to help open up the pores on your skin and lets out external toxins in the body in the form of sweat. Abhyanga is a traditional rejuvenating Ayurvedic Massage which is deeply relaxing. Helps to reduce any sort of inflammation in the joints & muscles. 

Ayurvedic back massage is concentrated on the spine region and the marma points, making it a popular massage for ailments related to the back. The procedure involves applying the prescribed warm medicated oil followed by gently massaging. The massage starts on the lower back and is carried out towards the shoulders along the spine. It relieves back pain caused by poor posture, improves blood circulation, and helps in the treatment of scoliosis, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, lumbago, prolapsed disc and other spine-related ailments.

Once the back massage is completed, treatment is followed by hot towels layered on each part of your body, to induce sweating, dilate the pores and eliminate toxins from the body.  The heat from the towels helps in pacifying the aggravated doshas and restoring their balance. 

Back Massage (Back Abhyanga)

Ayurvedic foot massage/Padabhyanga, is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that involves massaging the feet and lower legs.  Ayurveda, views the feet as a vial part of the body that connects to various organs and systems.  Foot massage is believed to have a balancing effect on the body and promotes overall well-being.  Ayurvedic oils are often used during the massage to nourish the skin and enhance the therapeutic benefits.  Ayurvedic foot massage targets marma points, which are vital energy points in the body.  Stimulating these points is believed to restore balance and promote the free flow of energy throughout the body.  Benefits: Relaxation & stress relief, improved circulation in the feet and legs.  Relief from fatigue & heaviness in the lower limbs, improved sleep quality, enhanced energy and vitality etc.
Once the massage is completed, treatment is followed by hot towels layered, to induce sweating, dilate the pores and eliminate toxins from the body. 

Foot Massage (Padabhyanga)

Shiro Abhyanga involves massaging the head, neck and shoulders with warm herbalised oil to calm and balance your mind and nervous system.  It helps to de-stress, relax, increase Prana, for dry scalp and to improve memory.  The herbal oil is selected according to your condition and is applied with a variety of massage techniques and gentle marma applications. Shiro Abhyanga balances and stabilises the activity of your mind. and benefits sleep patterns.  If client prefers without warm oil this treatments isn't as beneficial, but still lovely and relaxing.


Head And Neck Massage (Shiro-Abhyanga)

Ayurvedic musculoskeletal treatment for relief of upper/lower back or cervical (neck) area pain and tension, sciatica and nerve compression. This treatment includes a technique known as ‘Kati/Greeva Basti’. The lumbo-sacral area is called "Kati", the upper portion of the body is called "Greeva". Basti means retaining something inside.  Kati/Greeva Basti is made on a specific spine area to assist in healing spinal conditions and soreness. This is an incredibly effective treatment that uses lukewarm herbal oil heated to a specific temperature and is systematically and continuously poured which allows deeper absorption into the muscles, tendons and ligaments, relieving aches, pains, muscle spasms and spine rigidity, by relaxing the muscles and fascia then enables increased lubrication and blood flow to the vertebrae to accelerate healing and strengthens the bone tissues.  When warmed herbal oils are applied in a treatment, the pores of the skin are opened due to the warmth.

Katti/Greeva Basti (Back And Neck Pain Treatment)

Shirodhara comes from the two Sanskrit words “shiro” (head) and “dhara” (flow). It is deeply relaxing, stress-relieving and induces a state of meditative calm. Its purification and rejuvenation effects are profoundly nourishing and restorative to the nervous system and mind.  The therapist will release the warm liquid from a set height, and swing the apparatus to create a soothing oscillating flow across your forehead. The liquid will be allowed to stream from the forehead over your scalp and through your hair.  This procedure induces a relaxed state of awareness that results in a dynamic psycho-somatic balance.
