Please include your email address in your profile & notes, when booking, in order to be sent the exact address in a personal email, from me (mothairapy@hotmail.com). Be sure to check your junk mail, in the event that you do not see it in your inbox.
2) Please send a $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to mothairapy@hotmail.com within 30 mins of booking. Otherwise, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, without advanced notice.
